1. Reservation
The acceptance of the reservation is subject to:
- the availability of the apartment at the moment the written request is received;
- the payment of a deposit, as a down payment equivalent to 10% of the total value of your reservation.
The return of deposit is subdued to a previous cancellation of the reservation, at least 30 days earlier.
The reservation is accepted only when Ca'Mazzega sends a written communication (by fax or e-mail).
2. Reservation Confirmation
Once you have made your online reservation, the guest is required to pay a 10% down payment of the total value of the reservation. This amount should be paid in the following manner:
- Money transfer with PayPal using credit card (click on 'BUY NOW' on the leftside of this page)
- Bank transfer (expenses to be paid by the guest) to:

The reservation is confirmed only after a confirmation e-mail or when Ca'Mazzega receives a copy of the bank transfer by fax (+ 39 -06-33269210) or e-mail. The balance of the entire stay should be paid upon arrival when receiving the keys:cash prefered.
Please note that if you want use other payment forms as credit cards we don't have any devices to take them there, so all paymet must be made by internet previously and communicated to us.
The price of the stay for the required period is that shown by Ca'Mazzega in the written reservation confirmation.
Upon arrival a 200euro safety deposit will be required. The safety deposit will be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked (to make sure its ok).
Apart from the apartment which is completely furnished and equipped, the price includes the following services: reception from 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, initial and final cleaning, weekly change of bed linen and towels (an extra charge of 16,00 euro for a complete change of bed linen and towels per person before the end of the week). Gas, water and electricity consumptions are included in the price of the apartment. The guest will have no reimbursement for the suspension of gas, water or electricity if not depending on the owner.
The price does not include transfer to and from the station, airport or other terminal.
All the prices shown are in Euros.
3. Cancellation
The cancellation of the reservation by the client must be done 30 days earlier. A delay in the cancellation of the reservation implies the loss of down payment.
The client will not have the right to any reimbursement if he voluntarily interrupts the stay and leaves before the established departure time.
